Use ReviewSmart to help actual customers express their own experiences. Customers remain responsible for reviewing, editing, and submitting their text on Google.

Do not use the service to invent experiences, impersonate customers, offer incentives for reviews, selectively exclude unhappy customers, or require promotional keywords in reviews.

Owners must provide accurate location details and confirm their authority to manage the business. AI suggestions can be inaccurate and require review. A Google-button click does not prove that a review was published.

Plan allowances govern locations and AI generations. Online payments are not configured in this local version. Published links require the service and its domain to remain available.

Google Maps features and content are subject to Google Maps terms and Google’s privacy policy.
