Privacy notice

ReviewSmart helps businesses provide review pages and measures activity on those pages.

We store account details, business and location settings, and engagement events such as page visits, successful copies, and Google-button clicks. Session identifiers distinguish browser sessions; they do not identify verified customers. Engagement events are retained for up to 90 days when scheduled maintenance runs.

When you request writing assistance, your selected experiences and notes are sent to Google Gemini. Please do not include private or medical information. Draft responses are encrypted temporarily to support request retries, expire after one hour, and are removed by scheduled maintenance. We retain generation metadata such as tokens, status, and duration.

Optional Google Business Profile connections store encrypted credentials until disconnected. We use them to import locations you authorize. Business search uses Google Maps Platform.

Google features and content are subject to Google Maps terms and Google’s privacy policy. Google controls review publication and information submitted on its own pages.

Business owners can edit location data and disconnect Google in Settings. For account or data-deletion requests, contact the operator of the ReviewSmart service you are using.
